The shop is appointment-based and the calendar is real. The policy below isn't there to be difficult — it's there because every chair we set aside for you is one we don't give to someone else. Read it once before you book.
Changes need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment day. After that, a fee is added onto the service.
No call, no shows will not be tolerated. You will get charged a fee for full price of the service. A second offense gets you indefinitely banned from booking, with full cost owed. A third gets you denied service.
Appointments are given a 5 minute grace period. After that, a rescheduling fee applies.
Skin fades, mohawks, designs, and color services require the appointed times. Please do not be late — these cuts can't be compressed without compromising the work.
If fees are not paid, service will be denied. Settle anything outstanding and we're back in business.
