Booking Policy

We run on appointments. To keep every chair on time, we hold every client to the same standards. No filter on the rules either.

Cancellations

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment day.

No-Call, No-Show

Not tolerated. You will be charged the full price of the service. Second offense earns an indefinite booking ban. Third offense, service denied.

Grace Period

Appointments are given a 5-minute grace period. After that, a rescheduling fee will be added to the service.

Specialty Services

Skin fades, mohawks, designs, and color services require the appointed times. Please do not be late.
